BITS HD 2026 Important Dates

The BITS HD 2026-27 admission dates are tentative but based on previous trends and registration is expected to begin in February. Keep checking the official websites bitsadmission.com or admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in for the latest updates.

These dates may change slightly each year so please wait for the official notification.

BITS HD ME Eligibility Criteria

FFor BITS HD M.E., you need at least 60 percent marks. This should be in your B.E. or B.Tech degree. An equivalent qualification is also accepted.

GATE or GPAT qualified candidates get preference. This applies mainly to M.E. programs. So a valid score can improve your chances.

If you have an Integrated First Degree from BITS, you can apply. The minimum required marks remain 60 percent.

For M.E. Software Systems, the rule is different. Only the BITS HD test is accepted. GATE score is not valid for this program.

Final year students can also apply. But they must submit proof of marks later. This is mandatory at the time of admission.

If you are using a GATE score, it must be valid. Only GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 scores are accepted. Make sure you enter the correct score in the application form.

Using internet banking or a card for payment UPI might not be work. Please download the receipt after the payment.
